Nightless

In Nightless, you control a team of four — three vampires and one human — on a mission to defeat a corrupted Kingdom trapped in eternal night. Each character has unique abilities, and every move matters as you fight through a world on the brink of collapse, with your squad believing they’re the last hope to restore balance. 🩸

Battle your way through a decaying world in two major fights... and maybe something more, if you look closely. ⚔️

What to Expect:

• Turn-based, grid-based tactical combat — plan your moves carefully!
• Balancing the strengths of three vampires and one human — each with unique abilities!
• Designed with a balanced difficulty for TRPG fans — newer players may find it more challenging.

Known Bugs

• Sometimes when an enemy is defeated on a tile and that tile is selected for attacking, healing, etc, the action of the effect doesn't work.
• Sometimes, when an enemy is defeated on a tile, players or enemies can layer on top of each other on that specific tile.

Fun Fact: This was my first university group game project, more on the simple side, diving into how it was to make a TRPG.  Since then, I have played and learned a lot more about the genre when it was made in 2022. 

Who knows, maybe in the future, I'll make my own. I want to revisit making a TRPG in the future, knowing what I now know. 😋
